Sarah Peavy Richards is an international singer and actress based Down Under in Brisbane, Australia! Originally a “Yank” from Dahlonega, Georgia, this southern peach’s passion for singing led to a 15 year professional career as a multi-genre vocalist from musical theater and opera to motown and classic rock.

 

While in her home state of Georgia, Sarah solo’d with the Georgia Symphony Orchestra and starred in the National Premier of the musical adaptation of Lyle the Crocodile produced in Atlanta. Additional professional stage credits include Velma Von Tussle in the Broadway musical Hairspray and the title role in Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella with Capitol City Opera.

 

Sarah spent nearly a decade in New York with performances at Carnegie Hall as well as the New York Press Premier of Stephen Schwartz’ Born To Dance directed by Broadway greats Bryan Perri (Wicked), Daniel C Levine (Avenue Q), and Al Blackstone (Emmy Winner- SYTYCD).
